You may purchase scrubs from this Website by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to payment options). Stylish Heroes reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

  1. The purchaser has 7 days to return any bought products in original condition untampered and non-washed for exchanges of equal or lesser value. There is a 48-hour money-back guarantee once the product is received from the carrier and in physical possession. All packages must be sent in their original packaging to our return address.

  2. There is also a $30 restocking fee deducted from the purchase price. The shipping arrival date on receipt is considered an effective guarantee start date.

  3. All returns has a 100% money back guarantee if you don’t like it. Returns has to be made within 30 days from the date of delivery with the original tag and packaging still on and in good condition. We can not accepted a return that has been used. Returns after the 30 days will not be accepted. Please note all return takes 5-7 business days to process after we received your return. Thanks

Please note we can only send orders to the billing address. After confirmation of payment, we will normally dispatch your item within 24 hours. All international orders will be sent by first-class recorded mail with tracking information.

Please note that shipping takes 3-5 business days. This do not include holidays. We do not ship to a P. O. Box address. There are sometimes delays experienced because of public holidays or customs checks which we apologise for. Delays can also be a result of national holidays,  and other circumstances which are out of our control, and we cannot take responsibility for these delays.

Orders will be refunded if the billing address does not match the delivery address.

 

WHEN WE DELIVER

Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 8am – 7pm (please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days).

A signature is requested upon delivery. If you’re not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe place to leave your parcel, they will leave a card and then attempt to deliver it two more times over the next working days. Follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange a re-delivery of your order. If you would like to specify a safe place or a particular neighbor for your parcel to be left with, you can add these instructions in the space provided on the checkout page.
